We supply energy efficient T8 and T5 fluorescent Industrial lighting that uses 50% - 60% less electricity than conventional industrial lighting such as: HID and T12 fluorescents. T12 Office Retrofits |
We provide customers with retrofit options to upgrade older T12 fluorescent office lighting. We replace 4 lamp fixtures with either 2-3 lamp T8 or T5 retrofits. We can simply replace ballast or replace the entire fixture. It all depends on what the customer wants and needs. The retrofits will reduce the energy consumed by 20%-50% and give a better more consistent light. We have several different options of retrofits from normal layin troffers, parabolic troffers to uplight retrofits. |

AircoSaver – HVAC Treatments |
This is a new retrofit technology that is easily installed on a unit that is 10 tons or less. It works with the thermostat and compressor and detects when the unit has reached thermal saturation. The AircoSaver then switches off the compressor. The fan continues to run and utilize the cool air in the heat exchanger. Once the cool air is used up then the compressor is turned back on. This reduced run time of the compressor saves a substantial amount of energy. Avg. savings per unit 20%-25% |

MAX R 100 |
MaxR100 is a simple yet effective treatment for air conditioning and refrigeration systems. It reconditions, restores and maintains efficiency resulting in the reduction of kwhrs by 20%-25%. The product is added to the compressor oil to remove fouled oil on the coils and to improve heat transfer. The product will extend equipment life and make it run quieter and smoother. Savings from MaxR100 is 20%-25% or more. Requires 1 ounce per ton of unit.
